  Q: Where do I download my client?
Q: I can't see any models.
Q: When I press start the client only says Server is busy.

Q: Where do I download my client?
A: The client can be downloaded either from your account page or from here

Q: I can't see any models
A: This issue is because of corrupt files and often comes with error messages. Please uninstall the client and reinstall it.

Q: When I press start the client only says Server is busy.
A: Check your firewall or antivirus program if it stops the client from communicating with our servers. This message can sometimes appear if we are heavily loaded but should disappear soon.

Q: The client says starting unlocking but nothing happens.
A: Check against this list:
* I'm using a fully charged battery.
* I have selected the correct comport that my unlock cable is connected to.
* My connectors on the phone where I connect my cable are clean.
* I'm sure the cable I use is aimed for this purpose. (Not original if client don't say so)
* The phone is in correct state. Switched off if client not says anything else.
* I have followed all messages in the client window.

Q: The client says press power button on the phone but only fails after that.
A: The first you should check is that you really do use correct cable. Remember that original cables supplied with phone do not work if client don't tell you other. You can also try to remove and reinsert the battery in the phone. If phone state is to be off do not turn the phone on.

Q: Why can't I find my model in the services page?
A: Probably we don't have a stable unlock solution for your model at current state. Please check back at later time or sign up for the newsletter then you will be updated with all current updates.

Q: Where do I get the unlocking cable to my phone?
A: Check our cables section. We are trying to be up to date with all cables needed for our system. But sometimes we don't have your cable. If this is your case please check with other cable sellers.

Q: Why can't I unbrand/flash my phone?
A: Well we have concentrated on unlocking but are always looking into new ways to satisfy our customers. Maybe in the future this service will come but we can't guaranty anything today.
