Basic information and requirements. The purpose of this system is to unlock your cell pone from operators that makes its impossible for you to choose which one you want. What you need is a stable internetconnetion based on cable (256kbit) or faster. Modem will not work since the client talks in real-time with phone and server and may use speeds that are faster then what modem can provide.
Step 1: (Computer and phone) Before you begin you have to check that your cell phone is supported by our servers and are available for unlocking. Your computer must run windows 98SE or later to be functional with our software. We prefer the computer speed to be at least 600 MHz.
Step 2: (Cables) To unlock your cell phone you need a cable that can work with the phone in service modes. Usually this cable isn't provided with the phone but can easily be bought on the internet. You can usually find these cables in our cable section. Else you can check with our resellers if they provide these.
Step 3: (Getting access) To gain access to our client and all the unlock possibilities you have to buy an account. This you can do either by buying single credit or by an account that can be used unlimited times within a period of usually a month.
Step 4: (Unlock your phone) When you have got your access you can log into our customer area and download our client. In this client you enter the username and password you have got with the account. Select the phone model and press unlock. Can it be simpler?
